Welcome to CNS Academy!
We offer a Friday Night Academy Program with 20 years of experience helping players develop in the sport they love. We also offer small-group and 121 training sessions to accelerate your development. Our SGS are built for competitiveness, technical and tactical development, while our 121 training provides personalised programming, faster progress, and focused technique correction and tactical understanding.

Our Small Group sessions are normally 4-6 players. Designed to help our players get detailed coaching and competitiveness in every session.
